Netgear CFO leaves for American Repro

SANTA CLARA, Calif.

Networking equipment maker Netgear Inc. said Thursday its Chief Financial Officer Jonathan Mather is leaving the company to take a similar position at document management services firm American Reprographics.

In April, Netgear said Mather planned to leave the company in October to look for work closer to his home in Southern California. Mather's departure is effective Thursday.

Vice President of Finance Christine Gorjanc was promoted to the post of chief accounting officer. She will oversee the company's finances and accounting while it searches for a replacement CFO.

Based in Glendale, Calif., American Reprographics provides copying services to architects and engineers.
